This individual should possess strong communication skills and understands the need to be proactive in engaging teams throughout the development cycle – all while demonstrating a dedicated focus on protecting our customers' digital experiences at Fidelity.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering leadership roles working with business critical, enterprise-wide applications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver software capabilities through an agile-based development process
  • Proven knowledge of API's, cloud, and security concepts
  • Passion for developing people by listening for need and providing opportunities to deliver and lead
  • Adept at communicating technical solutions, risks, and business value to peers and leadership across a variety of teams in written, spoken, and presentation form
  • Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire to grow, learn and build relationships with peers in technical and non-technical roles

The Team

The Workplace Security Services team is part of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence and supports protecting thousands of employers and millions of participants. The team develops client-facing cybersecurity applications that help us win and retain institutional clients, as well as Authorization, B2B Security and Single Sign-On infrastructure software components that are the backbone for many of Fidelity’s web business applications including NetBenefits and PlanSponsor WebStation.
