The Role:
We are seeking a **Customer **Support Intern to join our team and help drive the success of our software products. The Support Intern will be responsible for verifying and updating a database of functional and technical contacts for each organization that partners with Terra Dotta, and other database clean-up tasks as assigned by the Director of Support. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
What You Will Do:
- Support the optimization and validity of Zendesk data by researching and updating functional and technical contacts at each organization
- Participate in the Zendesk overhaul project by completing data optimization tasks as assigned by the Director of Support
- Benchmark progress and share progress and feedback with the Director of Support
